How Is Reformation Poorly Implemented? -

How do fathers poorly implement reforms within their family and churches?

Anthony Mathenia explains in this video that one way that reformation can be poorly implemented is by a father who quickly applies the new truths that he has learned in his family in an iron-fisted manner.

While we do need strong men within families and churches, fathers also need a healthy dose of patient love to go along the truth that they are coming in contact with. They must care for those under their authority in the home and in the church. Ultimately, fathers are to point families and churches to God and not to themselves.

Colossians 3:21 (NKJV) – “Fathers, do not provoke your children, lest they become discouraged.”
