A Godly Father Leads and Uses His Family in Evangelism -

What role should a father take in evangelism?

Kevin Swanson explains in this video that a man has to be the leader of his family in the area of evangelism. Sending your child to witness to a peer at his school is very unwise. Fathers ought to be the ones who demonstrate to their families how to evangelize to unbelievers.

A father's lack of desire to evangelize often stems from them neglecting to saturate themselves in Scripture and lacking a passion for the Word of God. If a man truly is passionate for saving souls, he will be evangelizing through his family by inviting unbelievers to his home and not be afraid to share the Gospel with unbelievers.

Ephesians 6:4 (NKJV) - "And you, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord."
